went to munich
last thursday i took the ICE train to münchen, a 7,5 hour trip. my nephew dc has just moved there to work at fiction film. my brother and his wife and his other son and his wife were there visiting. i think i haven't seen so many collinses in one place since uncle bud's funeral.
also i haven't been to münchen since 32 years ago. so i was confronted with certain visual and olfactory memories -- and the awareness that i'm old enough to have actually done *anything* 32 years ago, which is a bit shocking. i returned sunday, arrived back at ams CS around 23.40.
