going to boston
i'm leaving this afternoon for boston, will return to amsterdam on 30 july.
mr butch died in a scooter accident in allston last week, and there is supposed to be a memorial for him this coming sunday evening. so i will go see my allston friends and my family too.
i myself feel torn sometimes about life and death. sometimes i think life is too much to bear, but then something simple happens -- like a thunderstorm -- to remind me that i want to live. and yet i also have to come to grips with the fact that i am mortal. we're supposed to want to live, and then die.
anyway all things considered my life has been great so far. i wonder what else will happen.
shit, it's 11 o'clock i have to go pack a bag.
