reworked postwar site
i've mostly finished re-working the postwar web site. i still haven't figured out how to hook up my music files, but the rest of it is kinda working. the main idea was to make more of my stuff more accessible in a more coherent way. a couple of links jump out completely to other pages because they have their own design, but most of the content appears within a consistent environment.
cat is back from bulgaria. still no sign of djox, he may already have gone to serbia.
pani is back from poland. friday night we ate dinner at the "bombay inn" in leidesplein, then we hung out at het hok with hussam s, who introduced us to another polish lady who i think lives in amstelveen. so for a long time sam and i were just listening to two people talk polish, and all i could do was occasionally blurt out things like "jevyench wabenji povodja penji" or "yestem ogurkyem v'ugrotku." that's most of the polish i know, i can say "nine swans rushing through the water" and "i'm a cucumber in the garden".
but you know, that's actually a nice little corner, where het hok is, at least during the summer, and especially if you know someone there. i don't spose i could ever live there because the noise factor would make it impossible for me to edit sound or compose music.
bazek told me his availabilty for september, but i'm still waiting for go-ahead on those projects.
