got more cimbalom
i forgot to mention: sunday night i met micheline at soundgarden and got her cd.
today i got my hair cut by marina at cut the crap.
this evening i went to mulligan's thinking i might run into kees, but kees wasn't out. i talked with sean and miriam about the goings on with the police and the demonstrators. miriam told me not to come into mulligans with geert wilders. sean told me not to show up there with rita verdonk on my arm.
also shawn the american came to town, he's wearing glasses now cuz he has given up contact lenses. he looks better in glasses.
marina came after her stint at cut the crap, then we went with alex to nachtwacht. i accused nico of being a "bekende nederlander" cuz i had seen him on AT5 the other day talking about the future of thorbeckeplein. marina had the ribs, alex and i both had tournedos.
tonight paul sent me some more cimbalom music. pretty cool. sometimes the cimbalom sounds like bats trying to fly inside an upright piano.
