waiting for little bombs that didn't explode
a couple days ago i dreamed that germany had declared war on my biggest corporate client. i was at their hq on a gig at the time, desperately searching in some recess of the building for an old 16mm camera i'd left there -- with which i hoped to film the forthcoming blitzkrieg.
then i was outside walking along one of the driveways with a crowd of people evacuating in advance of the air raid. suddenly it dawned on me that germany would probably not attack with the picturesque messerschmitts of old, but with some kind of modern weaponry. and at that moment a bunch of jets swished by gently overhead, sprinkling little bombs in our path. bombs slightly bigger than zucchinis. they didn't explode, so i thought oh these things are on timers -- the intention is to make us run away rather than kill us. so i started to run, and woke up.
once awake i realized how weird it was -- that nations don't usually declare war on corporations, per se.
the same day, pani ani also told of a dream of impending military attack.
by the way, hugo chavez has threatened to cut off oil supplies to the united states.
