11.07 -- waiting for tram 7 at the corner of jan evertsen, i count eight deep green police wagons heading inbound.
12.15 -- de balie. i was one hour too early, got confused about time. await ak, then to dam for antiracism demo. it's chilly, damp, windy and gray today, indecisive rain. i walked around Lplein district for a while, "just chilling", so to speak.
last evening jk was wicked happy, skipping along the wdw because [ ] upstairs has given notice that he's moving out. jk took me and marina out for dinner at koh i noor, the one across from the westermarkt, which opened in 1981 and he says it used to be the best indian restaurant in town. there's another filiaal on the rokin, i remember pete k going there with his then girlfriend.
this morning i made some more progress on my rewrite of GD. got up before 06.00 again for some reason. tomorrow, olia comes to town, i'm supposed to go see her in haarlem.
