how i find out what happens in my street
i forgot to mention: there was a car accident on this street a few evenings ago -- someone tried to pass a stopped tram but failed to notice a double-parked car in the way. bam. and how i found out about this? by an email from my friend in australia. who also incidentally told me that pani was on her way to my house to pick up her USB disk.
when pani got here, i told her i have a meeting monday with a new possible industrial client. but she'd already heard about that via internet.
early this morning i was telephonically awakened by my beloved, who was at that moment travelling by commuter rail from lynn massachusetts back to boston. she said she wanted to hear my voice. after a few trailing, limp what's news and how are yous, i discovered she really needed someone to talk to about the state of her life. we talked for about an hour and a half. among her many other virtues, this girl has an amazing phone battery.
pani came again this afternoon and told us about a cool idea she has for a documentary (or maybe a series of short tv episodes). i think she needs to become a tv producer.
