baz is great, baz is good
today we are capturing footage of the wedding in sanok. there's a startling difference between bazek's shooting and mine, even using the same crappy little handicam. his coverage of the wedding ceremony itself is very good. i'm really glad he handled that part.
the thing with baz is he needs to be an editor as well as a shooter. you can see him editing in his mind while you watch his footage being captured. so it must be frustrating for him to hand off his shows to editors that don't work hard enough, or just have a different vision of things. there's no good reason why he shouldn't be cutting the stuff he shoots for tv.
