14.05 gat e07 schiphol, waiting for flight 0037 again. airport is pretty busy today. i think i got everything done that i wanted to do before i left, with the exception of buying toothpaste. hoping to get that in boston. i copied all the [MBC] media using the dock and 2x 1 TB disks. ... they are beginning to call for boarding.
15.00 in seat 23a. pilot says this flight will take about 8 hrs -- shit -- and that he hopes tropical storm hanna will have cleared out of our way by then.
15.30 now up in the air. i wonder if the micron 01 pen will start bleeding ink, usually those pens don't survive air travel. maybe while we're flying i can make some elements of hint3, a draft of the creed.
19.00 this sucks. just maybe halfway, passing tip of greenland.
19.08 it's now 13.08 in boston. they thought before that we'd be late with headwinds, but now the computer is predicting we will land abotu 16.45. but then, the computer also thinks we started this trip 8900 kilometers ago. so go figure.
20.48. this is boring. another 2.20 h of this shit. i watched two movies, "the happening" and "recount". eta 17.07 local time.
