i'm in charge of the fish
jk is going to london for a week, marina has gone to bulgaria for two weeks. i'm in charge of feeding the fish every day until jk returns. and turning the light on and off in their fish cage.
i rewrote the script for sc09, but still trying to think of what the visuals should be. this is when i usually get in trouble, cuz there's a reasonable budget but not a huge one. if it was a really low or really high budget, i would be surer what to do. i have to think hard.
i'm trying to get my brother and his wife to come visit here on the occasion of their 40th wedding anniversary. they like the idea of coming to amsterdam again, haven't been here since 2003.
today corus announced it's scrapping about 2000 jobs, philips is scrapping 6000 and ING is scrapping 7000. so there will be a small town's worth of people with plenty of leisure time. actually i wonder what that would be like, if you just sent all the unemployed people to their very own city, maybe they would start a new economy.
