nine story leap
from rtvnh tv news. investigating drug dealers, police stormed an apartment building called "kikkenstein" in southeast amsterdam. four guys who apparently didn't want to get arrested, managed to escape -- by jumping from the ninth floor balcony. three of them were seriously injured, one died. afterwards, a big group of local residents gathered outside the building, chanting and shouting at the cops. one man shouted at the camera: "they should treat africans as humans, not like beasts. that's all the police need to know."
