did two interviews
using my "zoom" sound recorder i interviewed two women today about moments in their lives.
first i took the 12 to de pijp, and went to find michele at the "unzipped" shop on ceintuurbaan, and we went looking for a reasonably quiet café. the one we walked into, i recognized the guy behind the bar. it was marco, from "de saloon" off leidseplein, who had told me he was gonna start his own zaak. so that was puur toeval, i was pleasantly surprised. i had something to eat there while i was interviewing michele. after that i went to find lisa at her apt near the albert cuypmarkt, just a block away from where i already was. interviewed her for over an hour. no idea how i'll transcribe all this. i hope i got the stories.
marina has cleaned my apartment, it was a shambels after all the building work was finished. i still need to get a proper bathroom light fixture for over the new shower, so it will be safe.
