somebody's got an A and an M
nobody's quite sure how this could have happened, but the letters A & M have been stolen from the giant word-statue "Iamsterdam" in museumplein. two letters that each weighed a few hundred kilos. nobody can explain how the necessary truck would be able to access that area at night, and without being noticed. the next day somebody offered the two letters for sale on marktplaats.nl, but they haven't found who it was. the seller's name turned out to be unlisted. of course since i hate the expression "Iamsterdam" i just find this all kind of amusing.
