bad skin
i'm having a bad outbreak of excema. it's been going on for about three weeks i think. this time instead of starting on my hands, i got it on my leg, left leg especially bad, and near my elbows, a couple spots on my torso. and *then* finally it came to my hands -- where it is getting bad enough that i'm having trouble using my hands.
i keep thinking this will pass and it will go away without my having to go to a doctor for corticosteroid treatment or something. but it hasn't got better yet, and that worries me.
everything i read says that excema is usually triggered by a sensitivity to something environmental or something in diet. so i'm wracking my brain trying to think of what might have changed lately in my environment or diet. but also it's stress related. so i'm wondering what my sources of stress are. what's wrong with me spiritually.
i've been here before, in 1986 of so.
tomorrow i'm to travel to paris / sceaux and stay there till saturday.
