a distressed kitten
today a distressed kitten was calling from somewhere in back-garden land here, but i couldn't quite tell where it was coming from because of the trees. at the end of the day somebody must have come home from work and attended to the poor animal, so now the crying has stopped. eamonn came up and said a kitten had fallen down somewhere.
on saturday nicole sold a bunch of her cakes (brownies, cheesecake and banana cakes) at a street fair over on vespuccistraat, just off of jan evertsen near the bar 'baarsch'. she was happy with the result, sold everything except three pieces. this gives encouragement and add'l knowledge for her planned venture to start a cake shop in amsterdam.
project for victor is kinda on hold. client's desires for the film seemed to differ from what the material contained, as if they hadn't noticed what was filmed. but the product launch is itself delayed, so they all have other things to think about.
there are meanwhile some things to do for hologic.
just got paid for hologic project hgec. i had to pay paul c, he was a bit exposed because he'd already paid the voice talent.
tomorrow night i plan to get together with paul for dinner.
ewa leaves for canada on wednesday morning.
was hoping to shoot a film for a song by gavin mee, here at my place, on thursday afternoon. mr teehan is available (just) then, but i haven't heard back from gavin about it. i just wanted to do a boy+guitar shoot on a plain gray background and then maybe do some design compositing with lyrics of the song.
