riding horses is weird
i dimly recall that when i was very little, somebody put me on the back of a horse to take a picture of me, and i was absolutely terrified.
when i was a kid and there were lots of horse-riding cowboys and indians on tv, i didn't think too much about it. but just this morning it occurred to me how absolutely bizarre it is for a human being to get on a horse's back and ride around on it. was the horse built for that? did it evolve a strong back so that you could sit perpendicular to its spine and bounce around? in general it seems like a silly idea.
today i made three more small bits of music, and another one a couple days ago makes four. i put them all on my soundcloud page. they are inspired by thinking about what kind of radio music i'll need for the 'gallus gallus' play.
