slow uploads
my upload connection speed has been varying mostly between 200 and 235 KB/s. for a short while during the night it was above 400, which led to unfounded optimism.
i think i need to explore how to get a better upload speed for business xfers. i wouldn't need it all the time, but right now i could really use it.
that was the connection speed to my biggest client's FTP in massachusetts. connecting to my own FTP here in amsterdam runs over 500 KB/s at the moment. so there's gotta be something twisty-snaggy in the transatlantics.
